dotMobi übernimmt Aktiva von Mowser

DUBLIN, Irland und WASHINGTON, May 9 /PRNewswire/ --

dotMobi, das Unternehmen hinter der .mobi-Internetdomain für Mobiltelefone und hinter dem Entwicklerforum dev.mobi, gab heute bekannt, die geistigen Eigentumsrechte von Mowser, eines in San Mateo, Kalifornien, ansässigen mobilem Internet-Unternehmens, erworben zu haben.

Finanzielle Einzelheiten zum Vertrag wurden nicht bekannt gegeben.

Durch den Erwerb der Technologie von Mowser, die von den Mobil-Vorreitern Russell Beattie und Michael Rowehl aus der Bay Area entwickelt wurde, hat dotMobi eine weitere Möglichkeit gefunden, Unternehmen jeder Grösse eine komplette Reihe mobiler Lösungen zur Erstellung von Inhalten zur Verfügung stellen zu können.
