Cooper Standard to Host Conference Call and Webcast on Feb. 26 to Discuss Fourth Quarter and Year End 2012 Financial Results

NOVI, Mich., Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: COSH), the parent company of Cooper Standard Automotive, will host a conference call and webcast on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 9 a.m. ET to discuss its fourth quarter and year end 2012 results, provide a general business update and respond to investor questions.

The company expects to release results for the fourth quarter and year end 2012 on Monday, Feb. 25. The company's earnings results will also be posted to the Cooper Standard website (http://www.ir.cooperstandard.com) once released.
