Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Microsoft Vies for Business Tablet Supremacy With Surface Pro
Highly Anticipated Next Generation Hybrid Device Launching at London Drugs

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/08/13 -- The Surface Pro tablet makes its official debut at London Drugs tomorrow. The highly anticipated device pairs the convenience of a tablet with the functionality of a laptop computer. Equipped with a standard version of Windows 8 and the ability to run touch enhanced versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, the Surface Pro promises robust computing in a slimmed-down package.

"It's lighter than a notebook, runs more applications than a conventional tablet and it's more portable than a laptop," said Cedric Tetzel, Merchandise Manager - Computers, London Drugs. "The Surface Pro is unlike anything customers have seen before and it will change consumer expectations of what can be done using devices in the tablet category."

Microsoft is offering US-Canada parity pricing for Surface products. The 128 Gb Surface Pro is $999.00 and the 64Gb Surface Pro is $899.00. Both models include Windows 8.

London Drugs is also carrying a full line up of Surface accessories such as the TypeCover ($129.99), the TouchCover ($119.99 - $129.99) and the HDAV adapter ($39.99). The Surface RT, Microsoft's first version of the Surface tablet, is also available at London Drugs ($599.99 for the 32GB with TouchCover, $699.00 for the 64Gb with TouchCover).

Customers can secure their Surface Pro online through the London Drugs website. Devices will be available for pickup at BC locations on February 9th, Alberta and Saskatchewan locations on February 11th, and Winnipeg locations on February 12th.

London Drugs' Computer Managers will be available to demonstrate the new Surface Pro as well as support customers in the migration of their information from previous devices.
