Adobe Named a Leader in Online Testing by Independent Research Firm

Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced that Adobe® Test&Target™, part of the Adobe Target solution within the Adobe Marketing Cloud, was recently recognized as a Leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Online Testing Platforms, Q1 2013” report. Adobe was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in the independent report which evaluated seven online testing technology platforms across 53 comprehensive criteria such as campaign management, reporting and analysis, service and support, application usability and administration, and corporate and product strategy.

“All of the evaluated online testing platform vendors offer foundational campaign management and testing features, but Leaders provide extensive data handling, reporting and analysis, and integration capabilities,” stated the recently published report. The report also states, “Adobe Test&Target is a component of Adobe Marketing Cloud, which incorporates a broad set of analytics, content management, and marketing applications. Test&Target is a solid product across all facets of online testing capability and boasts an outstanding partner ecosystem. It will appeal most to current Adobe users for its integration with popular Adobe analytics and content management products.”

The report also notes that Adobe is one of two vendors that earned a leadership position “in Forrester’s first online testing platform Wave” and have maintained this position with a “combination of strong product offerings, solid strategy, and a substantial market presence.”

Adobe received the highest score for its current product offering and the highest scores for the categories of campaign management, service and support, integration and corporate strategy. Adobe was one of two leaders with the highest scores for reporting and analysis and installed customer base.

“We believe that being recognized by Forrester with the highest score for current product offering validates the investments we have made in our testing and optimization capabilities within Adobe Target,” said Aseem Chandra, vice president of product marketing, Digital Marketing Business, Adobe. “Our customers comprise some of the most sophisticated marketing organizations and demand an enterprise-level optimization platform that can personalize every digital interaction and drive measurable business results.”
