Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

American Realty Advisors Expands Investment Group in Response to Continued Firm Growth

GLENDALE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/29/13 -- American Realty Advisors, a leading provider of commercial real estate investment management services for institutional investors, announced today the expansion of the firm's Investment Group, a direct result of the firm's strong investment activity during 2012 and anticipated growth in 2013.

Eric Cannon has joined American as one of the firm's Investment Officers. Mr. Cannon will be based in Philadelphia and will be responsible for expanding the firm's real estate investment efforts on the East Coast. Mr. Cannon has over 10 years of real estate investment management experience, most recently as the Director of Acquisitions at Grosvenor Fund Management, where he was responsible for the oversight of the firm's acquisition efforts including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, financing, and closing new investments.

Additionally, as a result of the firm's continued growth, Jeff Miller will be assuming an expanded role and will now serve as the firm's Director, National Capital Markets. Mr. Miller will be marketing American's acquisition and investment capabilities on a national basis, developing and expanding American's already strong market presence with potential buyers, sellers, and intermediaries. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate investment management industry, Mr. Miller's new role will be an integral part of American's overall strategy for expanding its investments opportunities.

"American is committed to a managed growth strategy and recognizes that the growth of staff and assets are interdependent. As American continues to grow our asset and client base, we look forward to the efforts and contributions of Eric and Jeff to allow us to achieve our goals, and invest our clients' capital prudently," stated Kirk Helgeson, American's EVP/Executive Managing Director, Investments.
