(PINKSHEETS: ACYD) In the second week of rebuilding the company's management capability, American Community Development Group Inc. announces it has retained the investment banking firm Street Capital and has launched their new business model that is summarized on ACYD's web site.

Retaining Street Capital is the first accomplishment that insures ACYD's successful execution of the new business model. The second accomplishment is ACYD, through Street Capital's efforts, has begun a liabilities transaction that satisfies the majority of ACYD's liabilities. After the transaction is completed, ACYD's improved balance sheet will greatly enhance ACYD's financial position. Street Capital's broad range of service offerings will provide ACYD with the necessary tools required to not only launch the new business model, but sustain its growth into the foreseeable future.

The new business model reflects ACYD's continual commitment to incorporate "social responsibility" to portions of the affordable housing industry and as a Holding Company, acquire businesses that indicate significant revenue contributions potential. ACYD will now also provide select transitional housing program services directly to the clients by way of our new innovative secondary recovery program.
