cloudhosting14 wrote: As you would already know that managed hosting itself is another form of Cloud hosting in which the system administrations of servers is looked upon by the CPs. Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. This service ensures them the seam less running of their system administrative operations while organizations focus more on t...

EccoPro still alive
The Information Manager with the most awards in history gets a new life with the use of Ecco Extensions in a new released EccoProX

BEAUFORT, S.C., Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Experience the new New EccoProX for Windows 7 and Windows 8. Compared to the last original EccoPro Standard Version 4.0.1.363 of 1997 you will find a vast improved Time and Contact Manager which includes Slang's free Ecco Extension. The Extension solves many of the original program bugs and will provide nearly unlimited options to customize EccoPro for the most efficient use.

The new updated "one-click" automated Installer will allow EccoPro to launch location and weather maps to business and home addresses. Additionally, users are now able to access the Help menu in Microsoft Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. You actually execute a program patch "eccoext.exe" independently developed by Slang. A small EccoPro icon in the lower Taskbar is offering many new program options.

EccoPro users felt abandoned when the original development stopped in 1997. They decided to continue the development of their beloved software in User Groups at Yahoo. There are still about 7000 users world wide. The flexibility to adjust to the needs of different professions and individuals, the ability to customize the layout for the most efficient use and the powerful capability to view information in the context of related information is what separates EccoPro from other Information Management applications.

Prof Dr. Bhushan M. Kapur, Toronto, Canada wrote: "It is by far the best PIM that I know of … I do regularly check to see if there is some other PIM out there that can match EccoPro's capabilities. There isn't any that I know of. The developers of Ecco were geniuses and way ahead of their time. I raise my hat to the individual(s) who created the 32 and 64 bit installers. These are Life savers." K.H. Stamford, CT posted: "… And a hat-tip to the Compusol installer, in that for the first time in years I did not have to do the registry edits by hand and reboot a half-dozen times."

To develop new synchronization software to Android/iPhone handheld devices the EccoPro user community is organizing a Fundraiser at JointFunding.org. The Fundraiser has a funding goal of $10,000 and will end the first weekend in February.

The Software is free. To get more information and sign up for an EccoPro Support Membership please visit EccoPro.com. Please place a "like" on Facebook and donate to our Synchronization Software Fundraiser at JointFunding.org.
