Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. Hobart Service “Live” on IFS Metrix Service Management

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that Hobart Service, a division of ITW Food Equipment Group LLC, is now live on IFS Metrix Service Management.

Hobart Service’s implementation of IFS Metrix Service Management software is unique in that, while IFS typically delivers a full field service management application, in this case it satisfies unique functional needs in the customer’s service contract administration and warranty claims processing.

“The process improvements that the IFS Metrix Service Management software has brought to Hobart Service include an auto approval process for claims that meet certain criteria and a streamlining or simplification on the administration and pricing of service contracts,” IFS North America Senior Vice President Larry Laux said.

“Using the contract administration portion of the IFS Metrix Service Management software allows Hobart Service to better serve our customers today and in the future. The standard, out of the box, contract software gives Hobart Service more functionality to offer more features to our customers, while simplifying the overall process,” Hobart Service Director of Service Products Blake Heim said. “We can now consolidate prices by service location. Previously, we had to consolidate multiple invoices for equipment we service at a customer’s various locations. Now that we can consolidate multiple addresses on one contract automatically, Hobart customers like grocery chains, restaurant chains and others will receive their invoices more expeditiously, and our personnel can pay more attention to the customer and less to administrative tasks.”
