JDL Technologies Expands Information Technology Solutions and Managed IT Services to Central Florida

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- JDL Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-GM: JCS), has opened an office in the Tampa area to serve information technology clients throughout Central Florida. Located at 1228 East Seventh Avenue in Tampa, the office will be managed by Chuck Szymczak, sales manager for JDL Technologies in Central Florida. Szymczak has two decades of experience in the information technology industry, with previous employers including Cisco, Tech Data, and other software and technology firms.

"With solid channel and distribution experience, he'll be able to skillfully optimize our partnerships with industry leaders such as Cisco, Citrix, EMC, HP and VMWare as well as younger technology innovators like Aerohive, Bradford Networks, Meru and Nutanix."
JDL Technologies is an approved Information Technology vendor for two of Florida's three Regional Extension Centers, which are federally funded by the Health Information Technology REC Grant Program to help improve healthcare delivery by promoting the widespread adoption and meaningful use of health information technology.
In addition to the healthcare industry and commercial businesses, JDL Technologies provides information technology solutions to two of the largest public school systems in the United States, including onsite network operations center management.
