I do not agree that NewSQL vendors focus on giving scale-out features to transactional data. The NewSQL market is focusing on giving true ACID support combined with extreme performance, stepping away from the traditional relational structures in databases. A lot of developers appreciate the ease of accessing data using SQL and I think we will see more and more databases supporting standard SQL. As you said - NewSQL databases often maintain the...

DC Limousine Company Expects Big Boost in Business during Inauguration Festivities
DC's International Limousine Service Specializes in Chauffeuring High Profile Clientele and VIPs

WASHINGTON, Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- With large crowds expected to visit Washington, DC for President-Elect Barack Obama's inauguration on Monday, January 21, International Limousine Service is preparing for lots of business – and lots of traffic! International Limousine, the largest privately owned limousine service in Washington, DC, has provided top-quality chauffeured services during the last ten inaugurations.

"As we celebrate America's unique electoral process with a final inauguration celebration, we'll also be welcoming more VIPs and visitors than this city has seen in four years," says International Limousine Service President and CEO Richard P. Kane. "It's our job to make sure all our clients have the best experience possible. That means providing personalized, professional, and reliable service and a real working knowledge of how to get around town." Of course, traffic jams and street closures are expected to make transportation difficult throughout this historic celebration but Kane, a former president of the National Limousine Association is undaunted.

A week of festivities will include the Presidential Swearing-in Ceremony, Inaugural Address, Inaugural Parade and numerous inaugural balls and galas honoring the elected President of the United States. The official theme for the 2013 inauguration is "Faith in America's Future," commemorating the United States' perseverance and unity, marking the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation and the placement of the Statue of Freedom atop the Capitol Dome in 1863.

"In addition to our normal daily volume of 400 rides, we've gotten requests for transportation from all over the country and the world... from movie stars and high profile clientele to sports figures, and politicians... you name it," says Kane. "You might say we've become the city's preferred inauguration chauffeur service."

Kane's International Limousine has handled some hi profile clients over the years including The Papal Delegation. "Our vehicles are state-of-the-art and include iPod connections, flat screen TV's, DVD players and other equipment," Kane stated, "We're ready for just about any request you can imagine."

International Limousine Service, Inc. is the largest independent, privately owned limousine and minibus service in Washington, DC, with over 135 vehicles and 200 employees.  International Limousine Service boasts high safety standards, excellence in driver training, multi-state vehicle registration, superb vehicle maintenance provided by their in-house service facility, and three decades of service that exceeds client expectations.
