Renasant Announces 2012 Fourth Quarter and Year-end Earnings Webcast and Conference Call Information

TUPELO, Miss., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Renasant Corporation (NASDAQ: RNST) (the "Company") will announce 2012 fourth quarter and year-end financial results following the Market's closing on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. The Company will hold executive management's quarterly webcast and conference call with analysts on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at 10:00 A. M. Eastern Time (9:00 A. M. Central Time).

The webcast can be accessed through Renasant's investor relations website at www.renasant.com or https://services.choruscall.com/links/rnst130116.html.
