Rent4Sure Extends Tenant Vetting Contract with Callcredit

LEEDS, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 01/07/13 -- Rent4Sure have extended their contract with Callcredit Information Group to use credit checking application, CallReport, for a further four years.

Rent4Sure management has over 100 years experience in the letting industry and offers tenant referencing, rent protection policies and other related products to Letting Agents across the country and have been using Callcredit's CallReport as part of their tenant vetting service for Landlords for the last 3 years. Due to the success and outstanding benefits for Landlords, they have signed a new contract to extend this partnership for another four years.

CallReport enables Rent4Sure to evaluate the risk of potential tenants by identifying any adverse public data such as CCJs, IVAs and Bankruptcies, which may influence a prospective tenant's likelihood to fulfil rental repayments. The service also provides confirmation of the applicants' identity by verifying details such as name, date of birth, as well as their address history. A score is then provided to Rent4Sure to offer a measure of the credit risk associated with the applicant in question, all results are provided through an automated system to offer Rent4Sure fast and accurate results which do not compromise their customer service to their clients, and reduces bad debt and fraud.
