Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Skyrocketing Obesity is Now a Worldwide Problem, but There Are Solutions, says Dr. Feiz and Associates
Weight related health concerns are now the world's #1 cause of disability, condemning millions to painful and disease ridden later years, but surgical procedures offer increasing hope

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- World renowned surgeon Dr. Michael Feiz is suggesting that, now more than ever, people around the world will need to explore all of the increasing number of highly effective weight loss surgery options. As affluence and access to high calorie food spreads around the world, a devastating health scourge – one already familiar in the United States and Western Europe – is become increasingly endemic.  A new study in the published in England's The Lancet pointed to obesity as the flip side of medical and health improvements around the globe to the point where it is eclipsing the problem of world hunger.

Dr. Feiz, a widely respected bariatric practitioner and pioneer of such cutting edge procedures as gastric sleeve surgery, has noted the worldwide increase in severe obesity with alarm. Obesity is a player in innumerable conditions ranging from diabetes and strokes to heart disease and crippling pain. Often, people who might otherwise spend their later years enjoying the pleasures of favorite hobbies, grandchildren, and retirement are caught up in cycles of severe pain and disability. Indeed, the Lancet study indicated that, on average, pain seriously mars the last 14 years of life for people around the world.

While individuals still face enormous difficulty losing significant amounts of weight and keeping it off, Dr. Feiz has been at the vanguard of a worldwide health revolution in weight loss surgeries. His Beverly Hills, California practice has accumulated numerous success stories from patients who are delighted with the results of their surgery. Just ask actress Jodi Taffels, who at one point had difficulty walking up a flight of stairs but is now enjoying a healthy and active life; she would certainly agree that issues such as gastric sleeve or lap band cost are beyond secondary. That's certainly how Roger and Mayra Rosales of Oxnard would  feel; the couple has seen such issues as back pain and poor mood melt away in the wake of sleeve gastrectomy surgery.  Formerly obese lap band patient Tyneda Dosek has sung the praises of a similar rebirth and tells us that she has become so vital she can now spend all day snowboarding without feeling winded or in pain.

Considering the growing worldwide health threat posed by obesity, it's pretty clear that the need for weight loss surgeries will only increase in coming years. The good news is that advances in bariatric medicine are going to be helping more and more patients obtain a new lease on life. If you are among the growing numbers of people afflicted with severe obesity, please visit www.drfeiz.com to learn about potential solutions.
