Good Sam Enterprises and Allstate Roadside Services Extend Roadside Assistance Business Relationship Into 2019
Significant Growth and Dramatically Improved Customer Service Solidifies Relationship

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- Good Sam Enterprises announces that it has extended its long-term business agreement with Allstate Roadside Services into 2019. Good Sam Roadside Assistance has contracted with Allstate Roadside Services to provide customers with exceptional multi-layered roadside assistance protection by keeping RVs and household vehicles protected in the case of roadside breakdowns. Both companies have been committed to customer satisfaction by dispatching the best, most efficient and professional towing and repair companies in the U.S. and Canada to ensure that vehicles are handled properly and safely.

Commenting on the business agreement signed with Allstate Roadside Services, Marcus Lemonis, Chairman and CEO of Camping World and Good Sam, said, "I am very pleased with our expanding relationship with Allstate Roadside Services, which will provide customers with the most comprehensive roadside service in the marketplace. Our main focus will always be exceeding our customers' expectations and only providing service we can confidently stand behind."

Over the past year Good Sam Roadside Assistance has improved and greatly expanded its customer service ratings by lowering wait times, providing continued education and training of their dispatch agents and expanding their relationship with a network of 30,000 tow and service providers. Good Sam Roadside also maximized the quality parts and service of their 100-location network of Camping World Accessory and Service Centers across the U.S. to assist their customers with preventative maintenance tips and services thus propelling Good Sam Roadside to be the leading RV roadside assistance product in the country.

"Allstate approached us regarding an extension and after receiving positive customer feedback and an increased approval rating, it made sense to extend our relationship," Lemonis said of the collaboration which was first established in January 2011. "Good Sam management and Good Sam customers demand the highest customer service levels in the industry and Allstate shares a similar philosophy and focus on quality customer service. Together we will continue to focus on reaching 100% customer satisfaction."

"Our launch together was very positive, and both companies feel we have built good momentum. Extending our relationship with Good Sam Ventures is something which makes Allstate Roadside Services extremely proud," said Anthony Royer, President of Allstate Roadside Services.

Benefits of the Good Sam Roadside Assistance program include 24/7 toll-free dispatch, unlimited distance towing, dispatch of a mobile mechanic, and roadside services such as battery jump-starts, flat tire service and fuel and fluid delivery. Good Sam Roadside Assistance also utilizes Caller Locator Technology to pinpoint a member's exact location when they break down. Vehicles covered include one RV and all your household cars, minivans, SUVs, pick-ups trucks, motorcycles and boat trailers. Good Sam Roadside Assistance members can also visit any Camping World SuperCenter for free 22-point unlimited RV inspections.

"We are seeing an increase in Good Sam Roadside Assistance members utilizing their 22-point inspection at Camping World Service Centers across the country before taking their road trips," said Brock Whinnery, Vice President of Camping World Service & Parts. "Preventative maintenance is key in avoiding roadside emergencies. Blown tires, mechanical issues, are all things that can be avoided with proper maintenance."

Good Sam Roadside Assistance Program reports that improved customer service and various other improvements to the customer experience have yielded 30% file size growth in the last year.
