Dart Appraisal Launches New Website
Designed for Lenders, Brokers and Appraisers

TROY, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- Dart Appraisal today announced the launch of its new website, featuring the company's new logo and branding campaign, at www.dartappraisal.com. The redesign, part of an overall rebranding campaign for the firm, comes as the Troy, Michigan-based company prepares to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

The new website reveals an updated Dart Appraisal logo and brand, and features quick and easy navigation for use by both the financial and appraiser community. Lenders, brokers and appraisers each have their own dedicated section, providing direct access to respective appraisal order pipelines and status updates. Auto email updates and other built-in advances throughout the site continue to help speed turn-time for loan processing. The new website was designed by Media Genesis in Troy, Mich.

"For two decades, Dart Appraisal has been a leader in innovative technology for the appraisal industry," said Rich Shipley, director of marketing for Dart Appraisal. "We are committed to maintaining that lead by incorporating the latest technology into our user-friendly website -- making it available to both our clients and our appraiser team -- and continuing to develop tools that will help streamline loan processing."

The firm hired Media Genesis, www.mediaG.com, a Troy based digital agency that helped map out and develop the site around a user centric experience. "The choice of UMBRACO, an open source .NET Content Management System (CMS) allows Dart Appraisal to update content and widgets to improve the user experience over time," explained Antoine Dubeauclard, president of Media Genesis.

"Dart Appraisal is, and always has been, focused on the relationship between appraisers and mortgage executives," said Shipley. "It was founded solely as an appraisal management company and has maintained its singular focus for 20 years. Dart Appraisal is the perfect combination of people and technology, making us poised for growth in the future."

The company recently dropped the "dot-com" from its name, renaming itself to reflect its ongoing commitment to providing one thing only: customized appraisal management services.

Media Genesis is one of the largest independent web development companies in Michigan, offering a host of services from content managed web sites, to e-learning and online marketing. www.mediaG.com

Dart Appraisal is an independently-owned, nationwide Appraisal Management Company (AMC) founded in 1993. For nearly two decades, the company has built a reputation of superior customer service combined with innovative technology to deliver accurate and timely residential appraisals. Thousands of orders are tracked in real time using a proprietary order management platform designed and maintained by Dart Appraisal. With a singular focus on appraisal management, Dart Appraisal has developed a direct relationship with both appraisers and clients. The company manages a nationwide appraiser panel that requires appraisers to meet stringent quality standards to ensure local competence and reliable appraisals.
