Fulcrum Equity Partners Invests in Bright Light Systems

ATLANTA, Dec. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fulcrum Equity Partners ("Fulcrum") announced today it led the $1.9 million Series A growth equity financing for Bright Light Systems, Inc. ("BLS"). Based in Alpharetta, Ga., BLS designs, manufactures and sells energy efficient lighting solutions with a particular focus on Light Emitting Plasma ("LEP") technology. BLS has also developed a wireless control software system for the remote management of its proprietary luminaires.
