Reed Group Experts Issue White Paper That Simplifies ADA Complexity Around Leave of Absence As An Accommodation

DENVER, Dec. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Reed Group released a white paper today titled "Today's Multi-Million Dollar Question: When Must an Employer Provide Leave as an ADA Reasonable Accommodation?" to assist employers in understanding leaves of absence as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Complying with employment-related laws to effectively manage a workforce often creates demanding challenges for employers. In recent years, the EEOC has focused on employers who systematically terminate employees in certain situations without considering leave of absence as an accommodation under the ADA.
