Health Hazard Alert/CFIA: Certain Buitoni Brand Pizzas May Contain Pieces of Metal

OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/12/12 -- The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Nestle Canada Inc. are warning the public not to consume certain Buitoni brand pizzas described below as they may contain pieces of metal. The following Buitoni brand pizzas, product of Germany, are affected by this alert:
