In the article you mentioned the low power benefit, and mentioned the HP computer, as low cost solution, but I think that our product the Cubox that Costs 120$ and needs only 3 Watt of power could be another excellent solution.

Moseley Architects Expands Industry Presence
BeeryRio brings senior living market, national and international clients

RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Moseley Architects, one of the mid-Atlantic's most trusted architecture, engineering, and interior design firms serving the public sector, and BeeryRio, a well established architectural firm in the greater Washington, DC area, are uniting to leverage their combined expertise and resources to further enhance the level of service provided to their clients.

As one of the largest architectural and engineering firms on the east coast, Moseley Architects' revenue places the firm in the top ten percent of the profession nationally.  Due to the firm's full-service offerings, Moseley Architects has the capacity and resources to attract more clients while continuing to serve existing BeeryRio clients.

BeeryRio is a national leader in the design of senior housing, with revenues ranking among the top five firms in that field nationally.  This focus brings a national and international presence to the merger through clients in the District of Columbia and 14 states extending to the west coast, as well as the United Kingdom, Canada, and Germany.

Moseley Architects' President Stewart D. Roberson believes that this step is natural for the firm.  "This merger is consistent with the strategy the firm has utilized throughout its successful evolution: penetrate new markets while expanding our geographic footprint. Now, Moseley Architects builds on its substantial mid-Atlantic public sector portfolio by extending the firm's reach to much of the nation and abroad as a result of our senior living design expertise."

Both firms serve clients in the greater Washington, DC, area, including Montgomery County in Maryland and Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in Virginia.  As such, this merger further strengthens Moseley Architects' capabilities to serve both existing and new clients in this growing region.

"Throughout these many months of conversation, our staff has been repeatedly impressed with the prospects for future growth and opportunity that exist by aligning our firm with Moseley Architects' strong record of performance," said William T. Brown, BeeryRio's President.

Establishing a DC area presence has been an important goal for Moseley Architects for several years, particularly due to the firm's growing client base in the region.  As such, BeeryRio's location on the Capital Beltway helps meet that objective.  Given Moseley Architects' history focusing on the public sector, the recent recession has highlighted the need to diversify the firm's portfolio.  Embracing BeeryRio's major foothold in the senior living market is a strong step in that direction.

"Joining with BeeryRio offers our firm an even greater depth of resources to serve our clients, and new and exciting opportunities for collaboration among our employees.  It also strengthens our position as a recognized leader in educational facility design," said James McCalla, Moseley Architects' Vice President and Director of Operations.

The name of the merged firms will be Moseley Architects.  The existing governance structure of Moseley Architects will remain in place and BeeryRio officers will become shareholders.

About Moseley Architects
Moseley Architects is among the mid-Atlantic's most trusted public sector architects, offering exceptional design to educational, civic, and justice clients.  Over its 43-year history, the firm has earned a reputation for design quality, reliability, and responsiveness.  To date, Moseley Architects' clients include more than 130 local governments, 115 school districts, and 30 colleges/universities, as well as numerous projects for federal clients including for the Bureau of Prisons and Department of the Navy.  Office locations include Richmond, Virginia Beach, Harrisonburg, and Warrenton in Virginia and Raleigh and Charlotte in North Carolina.

About BeeryRio
BeeryRio is a well established architectural firm in the metro Washington DC market. They have a solid presence in key areas in the marketplace, working from their office's location in Fairfax County.
