LZYE Appoints Mr. Harry Wong as Executive Director

Hong Kong, Dec 7, 2012 - (ACN Newswire) - LZYE Group plc ("LZYE", or the "Group", LSE AIM: LZYE.L) announced the appointment of Mr. Harry Wong Che Hong ("Harry") as an Executive Director of the Group with effect from 1 December 2012.

Ms. Michelle Lai, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LZYE, said, "We are pleased to see Harry's further contribution to LZYE on a wider scale after his promotion to this top management role. Harry has spent more than 18 months with the Group as the Chief Vision Officer mainly responsible for developing a range of internationally-renowned learning courses to realise LZYE's vision of "Worldstyle Learning." Dedicated to cultivating the musical and performing talents of children, he has initiated music and stage performance programmes and has been the Executive Producer for the Group's annual performance shows. In his new role as an Executive Director, he is to focus on overall curriculum planning and further strengthening the "LZYE" brand.

Harry (also known as Harry Goh Goh) has been a household name as a television / radio personality and has more than 20 years of professional experience in music and performing arts as well as the music educational field. He has participated in the curriculum development for the music textbooks, Music Today for a long time, and the books have been widely adopted and recognised by primary schools across Hong Kong. In addition, he had been the Project Manager of the Hong Kong Children's Choir, the Panel Head of Music Department at the French International School, a part-time Lecturer at the Music Department of the University of Hong Kong, a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Schools Speech and Music Festival, as well as the Founder of the Hong Kong Children's Arts Academy in 1986. In addition, Harry is a regular guest of performance for the Hong Kong Phil, the Hong Kong Dance Company, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's International Arts Carnival, and has regularly been producing new shows for family audiences in Hong Kong and overseas. In 2003, his children music CD was nominated for the Juno Awards in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education and Commercial Music from University of Liverpool. He is also a Fellow of Trinity College, London on recorder and a member of the European Recorder Players Society.
