Online Auction Features Assets Of American Made Flooring
--Tiger Group to liquidate nearly 300,000 square feet of hardwood flooring products, along with equipment and other lots from the Spartansburg, Penn.-based manufacturer.

SPARTANSBURG, Pa., Dec. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Tiger Group's Remarketing Services division is auctioning a wide array of hardwood-flooring inventory from the wind-down of American Made Flooring, a division of Clear Lake Lumber. The online sale at www.SoldTiger.com includes 290,000 square feet of top-quality, branded hardwood flooring products, as well as the division's customer list, equipment and display racks. Bidding is now underway and will close in rapid succession, live auction style, on Dec. 13, beginning at 10:30 a.m. EST.

Clear Lake Lumber, the parent company of American Made Flooring, is winding down the division in order to focus on its primary business of manufacturing kiln-dried hardwood lumber. Clear Lake was founded in Spartansburg, a small town in northwest Pennsylvania, in 1973 and grew to become one of the largest lumber manufacturers in the country.

"The wind-down of Clear Lake's American Made Flooring division represents an excellent opportunity for flooring retailers, contractors and other bidders, thanks to both the quality and diversity of this inventory," said Jeff Tanenbaum, president of Tiger Remarketing Services.

The preview will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wed., Dec. 12, in Spartansburg. Inventory samples are available upon request.

Available at auction are approximately 125,000 square feet of unfinished hardwood flooring products (2 ¼"-8") in cherry, hard maple, hickory, ash, beech, white and red oak, walnut, red leaf maple and wormy maple. The sale additionally includes approximately 131,000 square feet of micro-beveled products (2 ¼"-9") in Russian birch, hard maple, red and white oak, cherry, hickory, ash and beach.

Among other products, bidders will have the opportunity to purchase approximately 13,000 square feet of various unfinished, hand-scraped hardwood flooring products (4"-5") in cherry, red and white oak.

The equipment available at auction includes two 2007 Grizzly G0512 edge sanders; a Time Saver TBO-25-2 belt sander/planer; a Wyson & Miles 291-L stroke sander, and a 2004 Robopac orbital wrapping machine. Other lots include a Skat Blast dry-blast system, a pallet jack, conveyor sections and 1,200 display racks.
