Enpirion and Digi-Key Corporation Announce Global Distribution Agreement

Enpirion, the leader of integrated power IC solutions, and global
electronic components distributor Digi-Key Corporation, recognized by
design engineers as having the industry's largest selection of
electronic components available for immediate shipment, today announced
the signing of a global distribution agreement.
Enpirion’s PowerSoCs with integrated inductors enable the industry’s
smallest solution footprints and are recognized for their high

and ease of use. Unlike discrete or module power products, Enpirion’s
turnkey solutions enable fastest time to market with complete power

Highlights of the Enpirion PowerSoC portfolio include

The EN2300 product family of fully integrated 12 Volt POL DC-DC
converters offers compact solution footprints from 4 Amp at 190mm2
to 15 Amp at 308mm2. This represents up to a sixty percent
area reduction versus conventional solutions at comparable
performance. The EN2300 Power SoCs support an input voltage range of
4.5 to 14V and an output voltage range of 0.6 to 5V.

The Enpirion EV1320, a 2 Amp source/sink DDR termination converter
that offers a peak efficiency of 96 percent – 1.4 Watt power savings
over a traditional LDO (low drop out) regulator-based solution at a
comparable low cost and small solution footprint.

The EN5339 POL DC-DC converter, which fits into a 55 mm2
solution area with a 1.1 mm profile, and is effectively setting the
bar for the smallest 3 Amp solution available.
