Ingram Micro Canada Employees and Business Partners Support Vita Centre During Holiday Season
Leading Canadian Technology Distributor Helps Raise $31,000 for Local Charity and Donates to 15 Young Mississauga Families in Need

MISSISSAUGA, ON -- (Marketwire) -- 12/04/12 -- Today, Ingram Micro Canada, a subsidiary of Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), announced it will support the Vita Centre in Mississauga this holiday season by making a $31,000 cash donation to the centre. The funds were raised through voluntary contributions from a number of Ingram Micro Canada's select business partners. Additionally, the 650 employees at Ingram Micro Canada's Mississauga office will donate toys and necessities for 15 young Mississauga families.

The Vita Centre is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing support for pregnant and parenting women in Peel Region. The organization offers a number of programs, including counseling and education to help clients develop parenting and life skills.

"The Vita Centre provides an important service to our local community by helping families get on their feet and learn how to handle the challenges and opportunities that come with being parents," says Mark Snider, general manager, Ingram Micro Canada.
