Lifetech Industries Forms International Advisory Board And Appoints Dr. Hanya Toshio As Chief Technical Advisor

PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeTech Industries Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:  LTCH) is pleased to announce the formation and initiation of its International Advisory Board with the appointment of Dr. Hanya Toshio as Chief Technology Advisor.

The Advisory Board will provide expert advice to the Lifetech Board of Directors and senior management in specific areas including:

  • Specialized expertise in atmospheric water generation technologies;
  • New business opportunities;
  • International law and forms of agreement;
  • International business cultures and negotiations;
  • Sustainable business development;
  • International finance.

The initial Chair of the Advisory Board is Dr. Hanya Toshio.  Dr. Hanya graduated from the Osaka Institute of Technology in 1962 in the faculty of electrical engineering. Shortly following, he became assistant professor at Musashino Institute of Technology.

Over the past 40 years, Dr. Hanya has dedicated his career to help eliminate the disastrous effects of water shortages and contamination - a passion triggered by a visit to India in 1972, where he first experienced the reality of the world's water problem.  Following his visit, Dr. Hanya started Toyo Chemical Engineering (now known as Taika Sangyo Ltd.) to develop water disposal and water treatment centers.

For the past 15 years, Dr. Hanya has devoted his time to developing a new Atmospheric Water Generator technology in an effort to help with the world's water shortage crisis.

Lifetech President and CEO, Benjamin Chung states, "As Lifetech's international presence grows, Dr. Hanya's addition to the advisory board will be a tremendous asset.  Lifetech and its shareholders will derive significant benefit and competitive advantage through his world-class expertise. Additionally, Dr. Hanya Toshio's reputation and extensive international experience will certainly help drive quality additions to our technical staff and advisory board."

Mr. Benjamin Chung

CEO & President
