YouCaring.com Launches New Website

REDDING, Calif., Nov. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- YouCaring, the free online fundraising website, is pleased to announce the launch of their new website. The new site offers better user experience through additional automation, access to more social media outlets and an ability to accommodate more web traffic.

Since its inception in October 2011, YouCaring has helped over 14,000 fundraisers and the numbers keep growing. "Our old website was no longer able to handle all the traffic we were receiving," explains Brock Ketcher of YouCaring. "We knew we needed to improve capacity and thought it was a good time to improve user experience overall."

Additional improvements to the site include:

  • Enhanced profile pages
  • An additional pay portal
  • Increased optimization
  • Improved user experience

The reorganized profile pages include tabs for updates on the family and the fundraiser's progress, as well as, a place where supporters can leave comments and words of inspiration. "These profile pages take raising funds to the next level by offering emotional support to families in addition to financial," says Ketcher.

YouCaring is located in Tampa, Florida and is run by a young, but dedicated team. Brock Ketcher, Naomi Ketcher and Luke Miner, united by a passion to empower others wanting to
make a difference, created the site in October of 2011. Since then, YouCaring has helped people raise over $9.5 million for families who need financial assistance with medical bills, funeral arrangements, tuition, adoption fees or mission trips.

Additional information is available at YouCaring.com.
