He replaces Dr. Christopher S. Henney and Grant Pickering who had been respectively appointed on March 22, 2012 as director and Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a director and President and Chief Executive Officer to pursue new strategic directions, including the potential change of Mymetics' location from Switzerland to the United States.
