McWilliams|Ballard Begins Sales at The Marvin, 1910 Kalorama Road NW, Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/26/12 -- McWilliams|Ballard announced today that it has begun sales at The Marvin, a luxury condominium community located in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, DC. Located at 1910 Kalorama Road NW, The Marvin is being developed by Adams Investment Group, a premier Washington DC developer, owner and manager of residential, retail and commercial property throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.

The Marvin will consist of 35 condominium homes. Adams is now re-designing and upgrading the homes to include new hardwood flooring throughout the living areas, 100% wool carpeting in the bedrooms, individually controlled heating and cooling, brand new kitchens featuring KitchenAid Architect Series II stainless steel appliances and fully upgraded baths. Since beginning sales last week, McWilliams|Ballard has already sold 4 of the available residences, with only 12 homes remaining.

Known for creating homes that seamlessly blend the best of modern form and function into existing residences, this is the second condominium community that Adams Investment Group will complete this year. The Bernard, located in Glover Park, is another Adams Investment community currently on pace to sell out this year. "With a vast experience working on condominium projects, it has been exciting to work with AIG as they bring some of these wonderfully beautiful and architecturally significant older buildings in the city to their full potential," says Ross McWilliams, Principal at McWilliams|Ballard. "With a lack of new product coming online, smaller boutique buildings like The Bernard and The Marvin located in highly desirable neighborhoods, has allowed for those looking to purchase a new home, the opportunity to do so."

McWilliams|Ballard, based in Alexandria, Virginia, is a sales and marketing firm specializing in the sales and marketing of condominiums and townhomes. While based in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, McWilliams|Ballard has clients nationwide, creating partnerships with developers and builders to provide sales and marketing solutions from project inception to the final closed sale. In addition to start-to-finish sales and marketing, the firm also provides consultation and market research used by some of the largest development firms in the country. Founded in 1996, the firm's expertise now spans more than ten states nationwide including Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, Florida and the District of Columbia. As one of the most successful project development real estate and marketing firms in the country, McWilliams|Ballard has sold and settled more new homes than any other firm in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and is consistently ranked in the top 5 of national firms with a focus on for sale multi-family product.
