Green Innovations Ltd. Expands Product Offerings and Distribution Network with Acquisition of "Sensational" Trademark

CAPE CORAL, Fla., Nov. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Innovations Ltd. (OTCQB: GNIN) (OTCBB: GNIN) ("Green Innovations" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green Hygienics, Inc., it has acquired the "SENSATIONAL" trademark from Sensational Brands, Inc. ("SBI-TX"), a Texas-based distributor of specialty branded and private label bathroom tissue, paper napkins, paper towels, and wipes. Green Hygienics, Inc. anticipates manufacturing and distributing non-green product lines under the Sensational trademark through its new Florida subsidiary, Sensational Brands, Inc. ("SBI-FL").

Mr. Bruce Harmon, CEO of Green Innovations, stated "The acquisition of the 'Sensational' trademark is strategically important as it provides us with an established brand which complements the Company's current line of green eco-friendly products. The addition of the 'Sensational' brand offerings will allow our retailers to fill their shelves with both green and non-green product options thereby satisfying all customer needs as well as boosting potential Company sales."

Sensational Brands, Inc. ("SBI-TX"), the successor company to Southwest Tissue and Paper Solutions, Inc. ("STPS"), is owned and operated by Mr. Tray Harrison, National Sales Manager of Green Hygienics, Inc., a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of Green Innovations. Over the past several years, STPS/SBI-TX and Mr. Harrison have created an effective distribution network which has historically sold a wide array of paper products to independent grocery stores (approximately 200 stores) and dollar store chains (approximately 500 stores). In addition to product distribution, SBI-TX provides technology support to retailers and wholesalers for ease of inventory management.

SBI-TX has recently engaged four established regional food brokers to expand awareness and sales of the "Sensational" brand nationwide.  These brokers represent national accounts such as Associated Wholesale Grocers Kansas City, Albertsons Arizona, Food Giant, Aldi, Pamida, Safeway, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Grocers Supply Houston, Brookshires Tyler Texas, Brookshire Brothers, United Foods, SuperValu, Homeland Foods, Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Fred's Dollar Stores, Family Dollar and many others.
