Alisa has been a real estate transactional lawyer for over 25 years with extensive experience in all types of commercial real estate transactions, as well as on the investment side.

Ms. Freundlich was formerly General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Lexington Commercial Holdings, Inc., a privately held real estate investment company in Beverly Hills, California for over eight years. While at Lexington, Freundlich coordinated investments in a number of high profile projects including development of Lexington's property on Canon Drive in Beverly Hills which is now the Montage Hotel and a number of retail, office and multifamily developments. She also oversaw operations and leasing on a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Lexington, Freundlich was Of Counsel at Glaser Weil in Century City where she focused on real estate transactional law and finance matters for high net worth clients and institutional investors.

Ms. Freundlich has extensive experience in a broad variety of real estate matters, including purchase and sale, finance, joint ventures, land use, leasing and loan restructuring. Combining her legal skills and business experience gives her a unique, practical perspective on problem solving and negotiating for her clients.
