Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. This service ensures them the seam less running of their system administrative operations while organizations focus more on t...

Olympic, World Cup & World Championship Medalist Relies on DMT for Competitive Edge

“I love the DMT products, because I can trust that the stones will consistently help me get my skates sharp no matter how dull they are. The DuoSharp stones are dependable, lightweight, easy to clean and long lasting.” That’s what U.S. speedskater Travis Jayner—an Olympic, World Cup and World Championship medalist—says about diamond sharpening stones from DMT Diamond Machining Technology.

Fresh off winning the bronze medal in the men’s 1,500-meter relay at the World Cup in Montreal, Jayner is endorsing DMT for sharpening his skates to gain greater speed and edge control. As a 2014 Winter Olympics hopeful and a competitor in short track and team pursuit races for the U.S. Speedskating World Cup and World Championship Teams, Jayner is always on the lookout for anything that can gain him a competitive edge. In a sport that is determined by thousandths of seconds, every possible advantage is critical to success.

“The diamond technology allows me to sharpen my skates very quickly, which is crucial when competing because the turn around between races can be as little as 20 minutes,” Jayner says.

Using DMT’s 8-inch Dia-Sharp Bench Stones and the Burr Doctor, Jayner is able to achieve clean and precisely sharpened edges on his speed skates. DMT’s Dia-Sharp Stones and Burr Doctor quickly remove even the super-hard edge burrs that result from ice, rock and man-made snow damage. These Made in the USA sharpeners help to keep skates—as well as skis, snowboards, luges and even ice boats—professionally tuned on the go. This saves athletes like Jayner time, effort and steel file costs while maximizing edge performance and boosting control.

And Jayner isn’t alone: U.S. National Speedskating Team member Patrick Meek also endorses DMT. Many professionals and Olympic athletes have trusted DMT for years because, unlike other products on the market, DMT permanently bonds only the finest single crystal diamonds to its stones, making its products the highest quality and the best value by far.

“High-performance athletes have long relied on DMT sharpening stones and edgers. We’re thrilled that Travis finds DMT products key to his speedskating success and we wish him the best of luck in the upcoming World Cup competitions as he strives for a place on the 2014 Olympic Speedskating team,” says Mark Brandon, president of DMT.

Jayner is gearing up for the next World Cup meet in Nagoya, Japan, running November 30 through December 2. He is a 2010 Olympic Bronze Medalist, a four-time World Championship Medalist and an 18-time World Cup Medalist. He is currently the Short Track Speedskating Elite Athlete Representative for the U.S. Speedskating Board of Directors.
